Churned customers = lost revenue. Here’s the 6-step manual way — or skip it entirely with Coby.

Log in to dashboard.stripe.com and navigate to the Customers section from the left sidebar.
Click the Subscriptions tab. Filter the status dropdown to show only Canceled subscriptions.
Adjust the date picker to this week, this month, or whatever period you’re analyzing. Stripe doesn’t show “churned this week” by default — you have to set it manually.
Click Export to download the filtered list. You’ll get a CSV with customer IDs, amounts, and cancellation dates — but no reasons.
Open the CSV in Google Sheets or Excel. Sum the plan.amount column to find total MRR lost. Cross-reference with customer metadata for plan details.
Go back to Stripe. Click into each customer individually. Check their event timeline, failed payments, and any cancellation feedback. Repeat for each customer. Good luck.
