By installing or using Team Coby ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Team Coby is a Stripe application that provides AI-powered analytics, reporting, and insights for your Stripe account. The Service accesses your Stripe data with read-only permissions.

Account Requirements

To use Team Coby, you must:

• Have an active Stripe account
• Have the authority to grant read-only access to your Stripe data
• Be at least 18 years of age

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your Stripe data with read-only permissions and do not modify your Stripe account.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Team Coby does not guarantee the accuracy of analytics or insights. Business decisions based on our reports are made at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Coby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
