Find the Subscription

Go to Subscriptions and locate the customer.

Click Update Subscription

Open the subscription and click Update subscription.

Select New Plan

Choose the new price/plan from the dropdown.

Configure Proration

Set proration behavior: immediate, at period end, etc.

Review Changes

Preview the prorated amount and billing.

Confirm Update

Click Update subscription to apply.
